Since the next beta wave is gonna be based on Kingdom wars, does that mean we wont be able to communicate with the other players

Communicate with other players... Ofcourse you can talk about anything you wish (with certain limitations) in game since they know just about all the same things as you... Also there should be no rules against talking about it just dont publish screens and videos and share the software with others before you get a go with reverie (i hope this is just about correct?)

There won't be in-game chat, if that's what you mean. This is the last of the exclusively single-player beta modes before we move on to test the meat and bones of DOF.

I'd guess the emails will go out about 12 hours before wave 3 unlocks and don't worry. We generate plenty of chat about the beta.
