Au contraire...

Skeletons would be more resistant to arrows but less so to hack attacks well, IMO anyway

Skeles would be weak against crush attacks, but strong vs peircing and slashing...

Maybee a weapon size resistance (good against little things, not so good against big ones), because an ogre swinging a club or a big sword will probably annihalate the skeleton in both cases.

Yes, because skeles have a bunch of holes in them, tiny weapons such as arrows will probally miss, while a club will probally shatter them.

So slashy slashy has normal effect, arrows barely any but crush attacks big. Sounds fair and balanced actually!

Arrows should have a bigger miss chance on skelies.

Actually, slashing would be low, since bones are like natural armor. I mean, who ever heard of a sword cutting through bone? Swords were only strong because it cut through flesh.

Umm, you can cut bone if you hit hard enough. Besides, there's balance to think of because you can't have hordes of troops only vulnerable to crush attacks, seeing as fire would have absolutely zilch effect.
