The orcs or their prisoners could also be used as ammo when out of rocks

'Fraid not. Although the original concept outlined diseased corpses as an upgraded catapult projectile, not sure if that will make it into the final product though.

This strangely reminds me of several magic the gathering cards, and the cow launching from stronghold.

well it will only be OP if the orcs always survived their landing then they could fill the inner walls of a castle, but if theres like a 50/50 chance for them to die or suvive then not so much.
