I can give away some bits about Elven economy.

Elfs are the overseers of the forest and all their ecnomic activities are in simbios with the great trees. They build majority of their buildings inside the great trees and never chop wood or hunt animals Howeer Elfs excel at foraging and have continious income of wood from all the great trees they are "protecting." Elven economy is extremely defensive buildings like Food Vile or Alchemy Lab which produce Food/Gold right in the home town, eliminate any need for agressive gathering and expansion. To separate Elfs even further from other races, Elven warriors consider it bellow them to loot corpses, leaving this activity only to their lowest classes.
