Everyone will be put on the beta testers email list. The winner will be announced, but it should be pretty clear before the announcement since the winner will be determined by an open poll.

Please note that the deadline has been moved from July 25th to July 18th, as the Second Closed Beta Stage has been moved ahead of schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and will continue to accept entries until the original deadline for keys to the third beta round, but the second round key must be distributed prior to that.
