Fantasy Friday XXV - Healing Services and Training Grounds

Very interesting. It was mentioned previously that when units are lost and replaced in battalions their experience is adjusted accordingly for the new recruits. Will there be any way of reviving units, or is healing the wounded the sole path of survival in this existence?

Healers can replenish battalions.

Just a question how many new towns are ya implimenting?

Probably 18 or so. Some of these are just small, palisade-walled villages that only collect and sell a single resource. But others, like the island stronghold of Silica Mas that Doug is currently working on, will be quite substantial. Should provide players with quite the variety of NPC strongholds to siege. And I believe some will feature quest-givers.

So are they any quests that require you to sack a major city to get to the quest give or continuer?

Nice Fantasy Friday, and pretty nice screenshots, if a bit static to each other. The games looking more indepth now, though. Nice to see, even though it was impressive before .
I'm very eager to see the SP Showcase, as although I'll certainly spend time online, I'll probably be hacking through solo most of the time. It's just my nature, I guess. The dwarven caves also sounds very interesting. I can see dual-firing catapults appearing in the near future, eh?

Thing i´m wondering though is is training your units at the trainer is instant, or does it take a period of time in order to train batallions?
And are there CD's on the training itself, because looking at it now, you can easily upgrade your entire army to max before you get attacked.

if you got the money then you could without cooldowns, I think it would be quite expensive. I guess there would be a time on how quickly they train.
