Don't mistake beta testing for QA testing. They're very different things. While beta testing is often casual, usually relying on masses of people to undercover any issues, QA testing is far more intensive, usually focusing on breaking the game by any means necessary, then reproducing the effects that caused the breakdown to identify one source. Having never done QA testing, I can't speak to protocols, but usually the last you actually do is play the game as it's meant to be played.

What do you mean by breaking the game? Do you need to do this to look for specific issues?

Note when applying that previous experience with other games in development or closed betas is not required but it is a big bonus. So if you don't have previous experience try to give us a reason why to take you over someone with experience. Quote:

Ever heard about punctuation marks? just kidding, but you will need to rewrite that question for me to understand any of what that says.

I understand exactly what he means. He means will you try to do things that aren't supposed happen in a certain part of the game (ex: try to run off the map) and see the result. If this is what a QA tester is like, I could definitly do it. Often when I'd get bored in BFME or console games I'd use different characters in diffirent scenarios and see if they could extend the limits of the game or go somewhere which is not available until later in the game. I've also seen alot of custom maps and identified bugs such as unit pictures not comming up or clicking on a unit and a build button comming up and so forth.
