We hope to set up an actual office in Toronto later this year. So if you're in the Ontario area, that will really help your chances but we'll still be hiring outsiders. Jobs range from 15 hours/week to full-time.

Minnesota may share a border with Ontario, but it's still a long way from Toronto.
 You probably wouldn't have to move there unless you wanted to. If you could drive up for a meeting every month or two, I'm sure that would work just fine. A good percentage of our team lives in or around Toronto or New York.Anyway, an actual office isn't guaranteed as it all depends on funding and reception. We may keep with the virtual approach.

Ok, yeah pretty far from toronto. I plan on moving from minnesota around the time I finish college. I've lived here too long and need some different scenery.

Alex, to giveyou an update, I'm going to be about 5 minutes from Champlain ITL, which is a managable drive to Toronto, and of course a quick flight. With some advance notice, I'll be fine financially and willing to fly out. I'll start updating and creating some higher quality work for my portfolio.
