dwarf miners bug (less efficient than human basic paesant)

Seams that normal paesant with all upgrades are more efficient that dwarf miners.


for example in my city i have 12x paesant at gold and they give me +63 as income
4 dwarven miners give me 16

63/12 = 5,25 gold income x human paesant
16/4 = 4,0 gold income x dwarven miner.


is a non sense since dwarven cost crowns!
