Multiple pc's?

Hey, i've gotten the game on my old computer, but honestly my pc was too crappy to run it lol. I've recently upgrade pc's and I'd love to play it again but I was wondering if I had to re-buy the game to get a new key, or if I could just re-download it somehow. Thanks in advance for any help
