Serial Problem

my name is Chris and ive got a Problem

I finally had the money to buy me my Laptop with the "let the world burn setup" =)

so when i disposed of my old one i made a mistake cause my email programm was saving some emails only for 2 month....guess which "Heres your serial for DOF" emails ( ihad 2 cause i bought it also 4 a buddy of mine) got deleted and arent recoverable cause the old .txt got deleted with the laptop....

well i ask support 3 times already but so far no one was reacting so i decided to go to step 2 - forum

step 3 - facebook page 4 the world to see will come in 2 weeks...

pls help me play this awesome game again

Have you been emailing support@reverieworld.com?

If you send an email to there from the address you used to register your in-game account, then we can look up your key and send it to you.

I'll speak to Kon about this, but support emails are checked regularly.

Yeah i did write to it 2 times and 1 time i wrote specially to someone who helped another player with the same problem

well i will write the support again right now and we will see how far we get today =)

I couldn't find any previous emails from you though, so I'm not sure what happened to them.
