Referral Code?

I referred a friend a couple days ago, but still haven't received the ice dragon or wealth codes. How long does it normally take?

I sent him (his in game name is ducal) the invite through your website - the one that gets pulled up when you click the Invite button when signed into Online Kingdoms. He bought the game from your website, and listed me (Casm) when registering the game.

Is there anything else I'm supposed to do?
