Recruit a friend system

Not sure, but I do not believe it is working.

I got recruited by one of my friends Kiroy, and he apparently did not receive the benifits. He also recruited another friend, who also did not give him anything.

Just now, I recruited one of my friends to play and did not receive the benefits.

I am sure you guys are very busy, and I am sure you are aware of this bug, but if not here it is
