not gaining refrences

hi i been playing dawn of fantasy for a few weeks now and i got a few friends to get the game i had them refer my so i could get the ice dragon and wealth "really need them" and it has been a week sense they joined in on the game. is there a department i am to talk to or a person?. the names of them are bobxsmith and Wildstang they both enjoy the game and have been trying to get new people to join on the game.
