Yeah my video card doesnt support the shader v 3.
I downloaded swiftshader and got like .2 fps but was able to run the game so atleast I know what the problem is now.

Thanks for confirming this - yeah sucks that such a high spec video card doesn`t support Shader 3. You can always upgrade to Radeon HD cards - previous generation go as low as 60$ now.
