Online game not saving

Hi,

I'm a new player, just got the game a few days ago.

I've started an Online Kingdom, several times. I build my town up and do some quests and everything seems fine. But when I next login my town is back how it was at the start, nothing saved. This has happened every time, which is obviously a bit of a problem

I attach the log from my session last night, just over two hours of playing, but this morning when I log in, nothing has saved, and I have to start from the start again.

Am I missing something? Is there a SAVE button I'm not seeing?

I have exactly the same problem...Data from ONLINE KINGDOM gets wiped each time i relog...help please!

Hey guys - we`ve investigated the issue - and it`s related to excessive number of people downloading and updating the game at the same time (servers can handle a hundred new players per day but not a thousand). We`ll update the client download link so this problem should be resolved later today.

Got the same problem over here and i also lost 120 Influence points because it doesnt saved them.

Update: We have changed the installer download location - so with-in an hour or so - as some of current 380 downloads from the old server will finish - things should get back to normal. However - we do expect some network turbulence to continue over the next 48 hours - we just didn`t expect this much interest.

Meanwhile we advise Logging out and logging back into your online kingdom every 10 minutes or so, to avoid loosing your progress.

After I played for like 5 min last night and it seemed it was saving....
I played today another 1-2 hours and DIDNT SAVE AT ALL AGAIN !!

FIX THE ****ING GAME ALREADY FFS !

I play games since the 80s on ZX80 and NEVER seen such amateurism

I know it is frustrating but using ffs will get you nowhere, a couple of nice words will open the strongest gate.

Im sure the devs are doing all they can to fix bugs in game. Give them some break they are allready working their asses off.
