Problems installing

I have a problem with installing the game. When i try to start the installer i get an error: "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. THis can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed."
I however can install other stuff successfully. So any ideas how i could get it to work=)?

Should only really need to use the "setup" file to install the game.

Is that the DawnOfFantasyInstaller file? because it aint working...
