Strange win7 sound Mixer Icon bug

Found a strange bug when viewing DOF in the Speaker menu on Windows 7,
The patcher (haven't checked for the game when its running) has a massively over-sized icon.
Edit: OK, its only when the patcher is running, when the game itself runs there is a generic windows icon of proper size.

Running Windows 7 64 bit,
Realtek High definition Audio driver,
1680 X 1050 Resolution.

Picture of it attached (with other everything but speakers and the bug blanked out )
