Well
This was actually talked about lately in the Chat

Now I decided to give it some Form



I would like to see some more Hero Units which can Lead your Armys and will Revive upon Death



Now pls note I would like to see 2 things here
however theres 1 thing that both of the 2 points have in Common

Thus Units should be Revived if they Die
to prevent PvP Abuse make it so that Reviving them will Cost some stuff
below lvl 20 just Ressources and so on
after lvl 20 some Influence as well
I also proposed that for Dragons


1.
I would Propose that Everyone can get at least one Hero Companion by doing the Main Quest Line
Something like an Loyal Knight or a Loyal Warden in case Elves and so on.

2.
I would Propose that Acquire Quests in the Shop this Quests or Questlines will also Gain you an Additional Hero Companion
For Example a Powerful Wizard

I definitely like the idea - and we are working on something super secret and super cool along these lines. The new "hero" will be radically different from your main hero - and well - this is where the Magic in Dawn of Fantasy will come into play, so you probably can guess what this is all about.

The new unit will be accessible for a one time purchase of ALOT of influence, but will be as powerful as your high level hero.

If we manage to fix OOS issues quickly Joseph might have this ready sooner than you think.

In addition we plan to buff up the current heroes as well with ability to learn more skills and perhaps even magic spells down the road.

Hey Kon,
I know the hero customization thing has probably been beaten to death but I really feel strongly about this one. Right now my hero feels like just another unit. It really doesn't feel like my AVATAR. It's not my virtual representation in the game world if that makes any sense. I'm not looking for a range of pink platemail to choose from with frilly shields or anything, but it would be nice to be able to seriously customize a unit, post his picture up as my forum avatar and say this is my character and it's different from every other one in the game.

I agree with griegor. Would be happy too if we could do that, since it would give a sense of customization in a way , at least aesthetically for the time until the permanent equips would give stats would be in place.
