Password missed

lHi everybody!

I'm a new player and yesterday, afer a week of gaming, i lost my password.

I wrote the cd key in the section of "lost your password?"

The game told me "success! Check your email!"

I did that but there's no mail...

I tried many times but nothing...how can i get back my password?!

I did it! It was a problem of caps in my cd key.
