Default Orc Workers -Stop working updates.

So we all know the workers have issues, and really I'd like to see other problems fixed first, but when you guys do decide to dive into this one again, the orc workers STOP working, when a map is loaded, even if it's another city or whatever, when you go into map mode, the workers take a break =)

Ok so this might help even more. It seems when I set certain buildings (Wargs to stop spawning, and switch from Raider to Prowler) those settings are also NOT saving when I load a map (Not the worldmap mind you, but, load into a city to walk around with my hero, or load a quest map to attack) so it seems the cities just plain out aren't saving settings, which is probably why the workers stop working as well?
