Problem with Exchange page

I've rye to exchange money with crowns, at this link:

but it say "urrently offline". It's the service disabled? Will become avaiable soon?

Yup, the service has yet to be enabled. We don't have a concrete date for when it will be opened, but right now, we are looking into some bugs that cause players to randomly lose influence or units purchased with influence. So we need to fix those before enabling the exchange, so that cash purchases are not at risk.
