I don't see how really. You still have your race characteristics and get none of the special traits of the other races. All vills gather/put out fires/loot. They just do it a little differently.

I have about 10 wisps and I even set my houses to wood, but the highest I have ever seen was +9 income per minute. I guess it would help if the Elven houses worked in the first place, but they don't. Hopefully this will be fixed.

Stone income: I have a good 9 workers gathering stone. The highest amount I have seen is +7 income per minute.

Gold income: I have a decent gold income. Since I purchased some Unicorns, I have seen +10 to +12 income per minute.

BUT... How in the world are people getting +100 in income?! Also, I have just now started the transmuting resources, but for example say I want to transmute gold. I'll then go in the negatives in another resource. Really annoying. Tips welcomed!

I'm not sure. In the beta version i could get 1k+ stone gathering but you had to know what you were doing as elves (using only elven units)

The heck am I doing wrong? I know you want to transmute resources, but then I get negatives in other resources. Say I want to transmute Stone, my gold will go like -1.1 or something like that. lol

This was back before walls took crowns and treants gave HUGE bonuses to gathering.
