Crash At Load Screen For Elves

In game name Dalizon, Bolforest Elf, City slot 2.

Every time I try to log into the elf city it just freezes at the loading screen, I cannot play my elf becasue every time I log in it just crashes at load, and will stay there indefinitely until I do a Control Alt Delete function.

Its the screen that has the army and the trents in it all facing the player, with the one elf that has a different head then the others. Basically the music stops and it just freezes there. I am not sure what file to attach if any.

This is a very rare bug that we are looking into, so I apologize for it but we will hopefully have it fixed soon. Have you experienced crashes with the other races?
