Ork Goblin Spawn Bug

Hi, my in game name is Dalizon. Swamp ork. City slot 3.

So, I was playing my orks, and I click on the Goblins spawn speed increase upgrade by accident, fine by me I use nothing but goblin armies anyways. So after a while I check my goblin spawns, nothing yet, so I watch my goblin spawn bar for a while, and ever since I upgraded the spawn rate it didn't spawn any goblins at all.

By upgrading the spawn speed it stops goblins from spawning.
