There isn't really one at this stage besides in game quests which help you to learn the basics of the game. Pretty much you can work things out for yourself but if you have a question or something thats been annoying you just ask here.

Here is an older version of the manual (missing the front and back covers).

As far as a tutorial, we have one scripted and hope to get it in-game soon. We also have a text-based Help menu with detailed explanation of most game features, which can be accessed from any game mode.
