Human quest bug

HI, i was doing the human quest "the things about heart" (Sorry for the translation i'm french, "Les choses du coeur" is the french quest name), So i tried to do this quest ,but when i entered in the basement with my hero, he disapeared with his army and i'm always on the world map, the quest didn't begin. So now, i can upgrade my town etc... but i have no hero, he was deleted
