Inner Walls are Pallisades

My inner walls in my city are Pallisades. There is no option to change it, they will NOT build as stone walls (it's been 2+ days now, no change).

Please fix this for me if you can dev's, my account is GBlair4811, I have only one town.

There is ONE segment of stone steps, the rest are wooden pallisades. They will NOT change on their own, and the option to build inner walls as stone or ANYTHING is GONE. The outer walls fixed themselves, the inner walls did not.
