Game is crashed

I was in a fortified camp killing an army and tried to exit back to the world map
I got an error message coming up on the screen saving Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library error

everytime i log into the online kingdom and select my game, it hangs.
it is stuck on a loading screen at my fortified camp.

Cannot play the game at the moment.
how do I get this fixed?
