CD key not valid?

I tried everything but it keeps telling me that Client Key is already in use, now im doing total reinstall again. but I know thats not the problem, I had to enter CK before dowloading game but when I go to use it to make account is where Im haveing problems.

login with test data from that new account.
With the name and password you chose for that account.

I tried that and it still dont work

If the game asks you to install intruducir key.
Is that you already created an account.
If logs on with that account name and password, but not create new account.
in the log to create the city.
To enter the online kingdom
The Same thing really said by putting the new key in the second Attempt to create a new account.
then restart the game.
I asked the key.
between the game and in the log, put my name
I use that I invented the key to enter.

And it worked

so in other words instead of useing the Client Key I used to install the game I just make up another one to create a new account? and im still getting Dofupdater has stopped working pop up window when starting Dof

after installing the game, asking me key, which brings the book of instructions.
I put that key and give the dof.exe.
Enter in the game.
in the log window, I put my name and password.
the key that you invented to create a new account.
Not in the window to create new account.
when you think a new account, send him to choose a name and a password.
with that name and password, try the kingdom logear online.

If the game does not load, if you fail the dof.exe, is another problem.

I tried everything and nothing is working no user name no password no client key nothing is working to log into the game everything is invalid and customer service is not available to help with the problem.

keep getting invalid user name and password trying to log into online kingdom mode

tried lost username/password feature, they sent me email confirming my user name and password

info i'm entering is correct

World of Warcraft wasn't even this dodgey on release

Jerno I followed all the steps on that 5x reinstalling and get the same stuff everytime dofupdater failed to run pop up, and trying to log in nothing is working I contacted Nexway where I downloaded game from and there telling me its not there problem! this is realy a big pain to have to go though so much. I give it 1 day if problem still there Ill just dispute charges for game with CC, theres no need for anyone to be going through this many hassles

I hope that will fix soonest as possible , but, how u can solve the key code discrepance? i got as many of us 6-5-5-5-4 code in stand of 5-5-5-5-5 code so i can't complete the installation as well, no way to make the game accept this code in anyway.....
