CD key not valid?

im having this issue at the moment, hopefully i dont have a bad key and that its just because the game isn't live yet

the letter O is indistinguishable from zero.
I put an O and not working

was a zero, not an O.
Maybe that's the problem with some key players.
after changing the O for zero.
The game accept the key.

Already Been fixed.
It Happened to me the Same in beta, But since the patch fix.
and the game works
uninstall everything
maybe it works

yep I had to delete everything even apps now it runs but cant log on with my user name and password

so ??? when is this key problem gonna get fixed??? I bought this game and cant activate it...getting slowly but steady pretty mad. It says on main webside for game ..the game is now live. iam in the US and we are 7 hours behind.So i should be able to log in. but i get this stupid invalid key..and key expired message.You guys sure this game isnt a Scam.???
If i dont have and official answer soon, i will contact my credit card company and file a dispute.
Since i cant use what i paid for.

Trying to copy past the CD-Key doesn't seem to work but when I type it in manually it works fine. As someone said before the retailer gave us the key in a 6-5-5-5-4 format and when you copy it puts it in that format. Just type it in like it is supposed to be with the 5-5-5-5-5 format.

We apologize for any lingering problems, but I'd highly recommend heeding Darkmuramasa's advice as it is a likely fix. Today's been crazy with everything going on, but we will have a number of devs help with customer support on an individual level starting in the morning.

I am haveing problems with Key also, I had to enter Client Key when downloading game now when I go to create a new account it says Client Key is already in use, then I try to use my beta user name and password thats invalid, I also tried to retreive info and getting nothing, I sent a msg to customer service and am getting no responce, all in all this is realy not going to well, I deleted everything including apps did a total reinstall of game and I still get the msg pop up saying Dofupdater not responding!!!

if you attempted to create a new account.
login with test data from that new account.
With the name and password you chose for that account.
