Performance Issues - Visual Lag, Combat Lag, Load-time Problems, Temp Freezes e.t.c

Report any performance issues here including but not limited to Low FPS, abnormally long load times, stuttering, artifacting and temporary freezes.

Make sure to provide:

• Full system specs or preferably a DxDiag.
• Which map the problem occurs on if applicable.
• Exactly what you were doing when the problem occurred, moving a unit on the worldmap, ordering a unit to attack, switching a formation, etc.
• Anything else you think might be important.
