Elven Alliance

I see there is a Human Alliance thread and I was curious about "guilds" and alliances in this game. Is there an Elven only alliance? I bought the pre-order and I'd like to make an alliance with 1-2 other players(to begin with). I think it will be necessary to be greatly successful in this game.
