Closed Beta 4 Announced! 24 Hours Left!

Hello all!

After two months of hard work, we're finally ready to show you all what's been going on behind the scenes with the upcoming fourth Closed Beta stage, which is all set for a December 8th launch! This stage will include the finished Kingdom Wars campaign, with many new features and fixes based off of CB3 feedback as well as the basics of Online Kingdom gameplay, come the first patch. Be one of the first people to choose your homeland, establish a thriving economy, build up a mighty stronghold, raise an army, protect your land from foreign threats, and completely the first several quests available from your homeland advisor!

On behalf of the team at Reverie World, I'd like to extend the beta testing by opening up sign-ups for the first time so that we can get each of you in-game!

With that said, we do ask that testers meet the three criteria below before signing up.

1) Testers must be able to play the game - meaning, in the narrowest sense, that they must have access to a dual-core (or better) PC with a decent graphics card.

Current Dawn of Fantasy's minimum requirements are as follows:

Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7®
2.4 GHz Intel® Pentium® IV or AMD® processor
1 GB RAM (XP), 2 GB RAM (Vista)
4x CD-ROM/DVD-ROM drive
2 GB of free Harddisk space
nVIDIA® GeForce 7900 512MB memory or equivalent
DirectX 9.0 Compatible Sound Card

Note: these are not the mimumum requirements of the final game. But what you would need to play the Closed Beta 4.

If you're unsure if your computer meets, or comes close to, these requirements, please post your specs in the discussion thread. Information on determining your system specs can be found here

2) You must have ten contributive posts in our forums. You can check your post count by going to your profile by clicking on your username in the forum index. If you're low on posts, try looking through past media and discussions and respond to whatever interests you.

3a) EITHER: Your forum account must have been registered on or before November 26, 2010.
3b) OR: You must have one unique referral associated with your account. Information on how to make a referral can be found here.

The email associated with your account will be the one that the beta key is sent to - so make sure it is the right email by going to your User CP and clicking "Edit Email & Password."
