Well, personally, it would be interesting for humans to have just little gunpowder stuff. Since diversity is always nice =).

I do too, but I'm hoping the Dwarves have the gunpowder (that is, if they become a playable race).

I can't confirm anything right now, but I wouldn't be surprised if the dwarves have a bit of gunpowder to protect those gold mines.

Gunpowder mercenaries in a little add-on later on, say with the introduction of Dwarves, might be something to consider!
