Have to agree with Kire, firing trebuchets acurately on a boat at sea, with waves coming and going, it would be a pain in the ass to fire it, yet alone hit something.

Make them inaccurate, then. But a barrage on a city by siege weapons on water... they're mobile, and a pain to try and destroy.

Well it is said that this ship tries to stop kraken before he come to it. And we dont know anything about being able to siege castle from water =) (which would be only reason to have trebuchets i guess).
And noticed that sails are concentrated on one side ... wouldnt that make ship to turn over?

Where do you see them all being on one side? I see the masts as all in the middle. They all are in the middle of it and not lopsided to me. The sails also look to be nice and center.

Wow, that's a lot, and so many recently too, good activity! It's interesting seeing gunpowder completely out of a game, even a fantasy one, it changes the dynamic a lot doesn't it? No cannons, all wooden and stone artillery. I'm not used to seeing that type of weaponry on ships!
