That would be too micro-intensive on the defender's part, IMO.

Just as units are programmed to try to move out of the way of the falling gate of the orc-fortress, they could be programmed to try to move out of the way of the "bridge" of the siege tower. However, some would not make it... But the units pushing units off walls is way too micro.

Yup, I'm all for units falling off walls due to lack of space, a catapult hitting them etc, but a purpose-built unit to trigger this? No way.
