Moon and Water Magic
I know you're all proberly sick of all these "weather affect gameplay" threads, but this one concerns: magic!
Will night make water magic stronger, or recharge quicker? Not a big change in either, but certainly noticable. The moon should govern water, as it does the sea. The moon affects oceas/seas, so will it affect water magic?
