SO basicly the game now kind of forces you to ally with other races, less your guild will be easily destroyed. I mean an orc only guild has no chance against a guild composed of all 3 races. The only advantage we have becomes basicly useless, since they'l have it also.

It does not force you to play with other races, just creative use of units and adaptation. You just need to use different tactics with different races.
