I was talking about the Xbox equivalent of Windows Live but jap is correct. Though the reasons I prefer Xfire over other IMs are stat tracking and ingame chat without having to alt+tab.

For PC X-fire really is the obvious option (until MS incorporates Windows Live to work with games which i'm sure they will). I have an x-fire, i don't use it much but i know a lot of people that do, great way to spread word of a game as well.

psssssssh. X-fire blows. always lags the hell out of multiplayer games.
I'm not a huge follower of these sorts of things, but is there any chance Reverie could make some in-house messenger that doesn't waste all your systems resources like X-fire? |

Games like Battlefield 2142 xfire screws it up, well it does for me. But like rts games it's awesome, and you only have to press scroll lock + x, or change it.
