Online attacking

Hi all, i was reading the blog Alex made and stumbled on a question.
If i get attacked, and i loose. Will the other player, or any player be able to attack me again withing the next few mins or do you get a "no attack phase" untill u had a small time to rebuild. Was just wondering cause if a player knows 1 player is a easy target he will be able to "farm" him.

I believe there is a 30 minute cool down period after an attack. Or you can buy him off after which there will be a cool down period. Then if you log off he can't attack you .

thought so to, but just asking to make sure ^^. ive seen so many changes already .

After fighting a battle, you can't be attacked by another player for a set amount of time(a half hour seems what it was). You can, however, choose to attack someone else during this time if you so choose, but again, you won't be able to be attacked.

does the cool down work the other way with you not able to be attacked for half an hour after attackinjg somone else
