K well I promise that i will be a just ruler. No need to worry, I have lots of experience. I ran a Total War clan for 6 years.
And as I said before, clans are build around strong communities, people must know and trust one and another. Anyways, so who would be interested? I promise it will be great fun!

Personally guilds are good for socializing. and a bit of structure. But I haven't see enough content in this forum referring to guilds or advent of them.
I have read things about alliances between cities and other players ( not to be confused with a guild ). I have been a guild leader many many times I just dont see this game having a Guild system. being an RTS it leans closer to Alliances and a Total war type system with trade agreements and alliances.. EQ1 Guild leader 4 years DAoC Guild leader 2 years Shadowbane Beta Guild leader 1.5years EQ2 Guild leader 1.5 years AoC Guild leader not very long couldnt stand the game after a 2 months..
