Default Online Kingdom, go to other town's market

I'm doing the quest mentioned in the title and I'm supposed to get some stone and sell some pigs. I finally figured out how to create an army and I put one set of swordsman, some pigs and 500 gold. Within a few minutes I had no gold left and I hadn't even moved yet. So what's the scoop? Only take your king? I'm confused, this game is confusing. Any help appreciated.

Hello,

Your army has a resources cap - that increases with the size of the army. Adding objects like Horse-carts, or peasants greatly increases that resources cap. If your army carries more gold than the resources cap that gold is quickly drained.

So you would need to create a bigger army - or better yet add a horse cart or two into it or 4-5 peasants.

Default First impression

I figured out the resource cap constraints and was able to make the trip. I really like the whole idea of this game but there's like ZERO information on how to play. The "manual" is basically lore, learning the game is trial and error and it takes forever to get anything done. I have 1 crown left, my storage is full and I really have no idea what to do. I find myself logging off just because I feel like I'm wasting my time staring at the screen wondering what the hell I'm supposed to do.

For example: why did I build a market? The prices suck and get worse every time you buy or sell anything. I went to every city in the "Wold" and all the prices are about the same, which are about the same as the market prices in my own market. Who knows, maybe if you improve the market, it gets better? No idea, I have 1 crown left and upgrading the market is like 100th on my list of things to try.

Then of course the game only runs for about 30 minutes anyway, before it crashes.

Ok, I finally got my army big enough to beat the noble (first quest with a siege, kinda). I beat him and headed back to my city. I had to log out, so I exited the game. I logged back in this morning and my hero has all of his skills zero'ed out and all of my army is gone. The only thing left is a horse cart and one set of peasants. So I now have nothing except the one set of archers I left in my city. Is this a bug? You can't save, so I can't go back to before everything disappeared, wonderful.
