No quests no resources

I just started a town not to long ago. And to my amazement it did not start with any resources at all, nor was I able to do any sort of quests. (Except taking my ice dragon)

We are working on a solution, and this will be fixed with-in an hour. Just as all of our staff left for the Holidays, this turned up this morning Sorry for the delay with the fix.
