New players always ask what do we do while our base is slowly building - answer - go out explore, loot and get rich. Other races usually loot a bit slower, but this is still a great strategy.

And I think in this video yours Orc might have Looters Trait? It doubles your looting. Also have you researched the techs that improve looting?

In comment too your response, it is possible to speed up other factions looting. This is done by making an alliance with an Orc. This means you can recruit marauders as a human or elf and they loot the same Orc. If you want a video just ask
