Issue with booster pack code

Hi, I have a question; I purchased the 120 point booster pack from the shop and activated it in one town. However when I log into another town it is telling me that it's already been activated for that town as well. I tried deleting the town and starting all over, but same issue keeps occurring. Is there anything I can do to fix it (I've contacted support but haven't heard back yet)

You can only use a booster code once and only for one town.
