Recover Account

Hi,

I have just come back to the game and re-installed it, but cannot log into my old online kingdom.

I have tried recovering the account using the CD key and nothing ever comes into my email.

My poor peasants are missing me, i need to come back!

Anyone help at all?

I just bought the game and made an online account and when i had to exit the game because of an error i came back and immediately forgot what i had put as my login as i was having alot of fun on the game and forgot and when i try to recover the account nothing shows up in my email so can someone help me please
