Cant Access my Order to DOWNLOAD

Trying to download and install the game.

Just paid and it gave me my comp email followed the steps were you punch in the order code. It keeps giving me Invalid Order ID.

Its the only one I got

Try contacting the devs with a pm, i'd recommend alex walz, alternatively if alex dosnt respond within 24 hous try kon.

you probably should include your order ID, E-mail, Name. When you ordered it ect.

You may even have to include the last 4 digits of your credit card. but i'd wait with that til they ask for it.

Note do not post any of the above info directly on the forum thou, PM only.


They can probably confirm you order, and then if your order ID dosnt work, issue you a new one.

Note this only applies if you used the Store here on the site ( the link on the top) if not you should contact whatever online retailer/merchant you used.

Yup, just shoot me a private message like White suggested. We don't need your credit card number, but we will need your serial key.

Thanks guys I tired to again today and it worked I think there was just a delay in the system. I just was in a hurry cause I wanted to play!
