cannot log in says user name or password wrong

I use the same user name and password for all my games yet I cannot log in, it asked me to put in my product key to get password and I did but I have not gotten email yet-help I would like to play this game

You might have to create a new account as your forum account does not work as a game account. You can use the same information you just have to do it again.
