woe to the wood elf quest bug

ok so the thing is after the battle and the conversation with the inquisitor, game just....moves around without doing anything so it can be used to farm gold and we can't t advance the quest line.

bump . i tried it different this time by leaving some army go but it still bugs after I talk with the inquisitor.
